This Ring Stack is inspired by Amphitrite, Greek Goddess and Queen of the Sea, and wife of Poseidon. It is comprised of three rings, crafted by hand with high-grade semi-precious stones, fine silver and sterling silver. These gems have been meticulously chosen and researched based on their history, connection to each other, and the metaphysical properties each stone has been said to hold both in the present day and in cultures throughout history.

The Amphitrite Ring Stack features a 4mm Aquamarine on a 1.4mm ring band, a 5mm Larimar on a 2.5mm twisted band, and a 5mm Amazonite on a 1.4mm ring band. To order, simply select your ring size from the drop-down menu, and I will then create a ring stack especially for you. Like all my work, these rings are made entirely by hand, using recycled silver, environmentally friendly methods and cruelty-free materials. Each ring can either be stacked together or worn separately, making them the perfect little family to adorn your fingers and bring the magic of the Ocean into your life.

๐Ÿค Aquamarine from Brazil: For connecting with mermaids and bringing good luck when travelling by sea. Also for channeling the gentle energies of the Ocean.
๐Ÿ’™ Larimar from the Dominican Republic: The stone of the lost city of Atlantis. Used for connecting with gentle sea life (especially Dolphins) and water spirits, and also for enhancing love and relaxation.
๐Ÿ’š Amazonite from Colorado, USA: For enhancing a connection to the ocean and its waves, and bringing joy and and energy into your life.

โ˜… Please Note: As these stacks are made to order, they take approximately 3 business days to create. The completed rings in the photos are a guide as to how each piece will look, but as each stone is natural, each finished stacking set will be unique and made especially for you. If you'd like to see examples of the variations in colour or patterns of each gemstone, you can peruse the other stacking rings I have on my website, or watch my Instagram stories, where I share videos of completed pieces daily before posting them out to their forever homes.

โœจ The Goddess Amphitrite:
Amphitrite is the Ancient Greek Goddess and Queen of the Sea, and wife of Poseidon. She was often believed to be the personification of the Ocean itself, and is the creator of dolphins and seals, and the controller of the waves and tides. She is mother to the merman Triton, and also the creator of many sea monsters.
Amphitrite was born the daughter of the minor sea god Nereus and his wife, the sea nymph Doris. She was said to be incredibly beautiful, so much so that when Poseidon saw her dance, he immediately fell in love with her. Amphitrite was initially not tempted by his advances, swimming all the way to the end of the ocean to a place called Atlas to escape. Poseidon searched the seas for her with no success, and then sent a dolphin to find her and convince her of his love. The dolphin found Amphitrite in Atlas, assuring her that Poseidon's love was true and that he would not harm her. In hearing this, Amphitrite agreed to return to Poseidon so that they could marry. In return for his service, Poseidon granted the dolphin a place in the heavens, creating the constellation Delphinus.
Over hundreds of years, mankind would build ships and name them after Amphitrite to honour her, so much so that there are records of multiple ships bearing her name in the United Kingdom, USA and the Netherlands throughout history.
In paintings and sculptures of the past, Amphitrite is often shown as a beautiful young woman wearing a crown made from shells or the claws of crabs. She is also usually depicted sitting on a throne near her husband Poseidon or in a chariot drawn by seahorses or mythological sea creatures.
