One of the most reliable ways to determine your ring size is to visit a local jewellery store, where they are always happy to measure you free of charge!

If you're unable to do this, I've included some other easy ways to work out your ring size below.

Please make sure you triple check your ring size, as it's easy to get measurements a little off as there is such a small difference (often a fraction of a millimeter) between each size. :)

OPTION 2) If you DO have a ring at home that fits: You can measure the inside diameter of the inside of the ring with a ruler or tape measure like in the photo below.

• Make sure to just measure the space in between the ring, and not any part of the ring band.
• Use a ring band that is a perfect circle, as a squashed or oval ring band will give an inaccurate result.
• Double check your result at least three times to make sure the measurement is accurate.
• Compare your measurement result to the 'Diameter' columns in the conversion chart above, then follow the row across to the 'Gem & Tonik size' column to get your ring size.

OPTION 3) If you DO NOT have a ring at home that fits: You can use a piece of paper or card to measure the circumference of your finger like in the photo below.

• Measure the circumference of your finger with the paper or card, and mark where the paper overlaps with a pen.
• Make sure you leave enough space for the paper to sit comfortably around your finger. It will need to slip comfortably over your knuckles, whilst still feeling secure enough not to move around too much or fall off your finger.
• Double check your result at least three times to make sure the measurement is accurate.
• Compare your measurement result to the 'Circumference' column in the conversion chart above, then follow the row across to the 'Gem & Tonik size' column to get your ring size.

 

OPTION 4)  Many companies offer printable ring sizers or size charts on their websites. Just google 'printable ring sizer' and there will be a plethora of options available.
